Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and structural assembly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA regulations
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks
- Conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Participate in emergency response protocols during night operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic machinery operation skills (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
