Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems during night shifts.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and provide cost-effective, immediate solutions.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job status, safety concerns, and requirements.
- Complete accurate daily logs, time sheets, and inventory checks.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in working order before and after every job.
- Represent the brand professionally at client sites.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in commercial and residential settings.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude with a focus on quality.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
