Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems in renovation and construction projects
- Perform hydro-jetting and drain clearing services for complex blockages
- Comply with all safety protocols and building codes during off-hours operations
- Maintain detailed service logs and submit digital reports via mobile app
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License required
- Emergency response experience with after-hours availability
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
