Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, boilers, and advanced filtration systems
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line rehabilitation
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance checks
- Maintain detailed service reports using mobile technology
- Mentor junior plumbers during critical operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or equivalent)
- Advanced expertise in trenchless pipe repair
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- 24/7 emergency availability (night shift focus)
