As a Night Shift Plumber, you'll be the backbone of our after-hours operations, providing urgent repairs, installations, and maintenance to residential and commercial clients across Nashville. Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including pipe bursts, leaks, and clogs
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping systems, and backflow preventers
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee Plumber's license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and confined space work
- Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
