Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex piping systems, leaks, and drainage issues efficiently during night hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during their critical time of need.
- Manage inventory and maintain company vehicles and tools in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
