- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Execute preventive maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and sewer systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and local plumbing codes during all operations
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance for night shift operations
- Document service reports and communicate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls with rapid deployment capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License and EPA 608 certification
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10 certification and proven safety compliance record
