Responsibilities
- Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve urgent plumbing emergencies, such as burst pipes and major leaks, during night hours.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial and residential water distribution systems.
- Installation & Repair: Install new piping, fixtures, and appliances, and repair existing plumbing infrastructure.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, time logs, and inventory reports after each shift.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients to explain issues and solutions, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Equipment Care: Maintain tools and vehicles in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools.
- Physical: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Transport: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
