Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair complex pipe systems, water heaters, and drainage issues
- Install commercial plumbing fixtures and equipment according to blueprints
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with on-call supervisors and emergency response teams
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts in service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Valid driver's clean record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and backflow prevention
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse clientele
- Emergency response certification a plus
