Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Inspect plumbing infrastructure and provide detailed repair recommendations
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service efficiency
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer communication and service documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid NC license
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts 8am-6pm)
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background in commercial plumbing highly preferred
