Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls (burst pipes, leaks, clogs) within 2-hour response window
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and schematics for complex plumbing layouts
- Perform hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and trenchless pipe repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and water heater systems
- Adhere strictly to NYC plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Submit detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- 24/7 emergency availability and on-call rotation
- Proficiency in trenchless technologies and hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
