Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, pipes, and fixtures according to NYC codes
- Perform sewer line inspections and drain cleaning services
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient routing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Proficient with diagnostic tools (sewer cameras, pressure testers)
