Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and routine maintenance during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to water lines, drainage, and gas piping.
- Install, repair, and service water heaters, boilers, and sewage ejector pumps.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint and fix leaks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license required (State of California).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and hydraulic principles.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
