Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing emergencies after hours
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and sewer systems
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and pipe inspections using advanced equipment
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building codes during night operations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts/tools
- Collaborate with on-call dispatch team for efficient emergency response
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure nighttime scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) and current certifications
- Proven expertise with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Clean driving record and valid Class C driver's license
- Emergency response experience preferred
