Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Perform debris removal and job site cleanup operations
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Transport materials via carts or light equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
