Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist in trenching, shoring, and demolition tasks
- Complete daily progress reports as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screening
- No construction experience required – training provided!
