Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup operations
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform excavation, demolition, and carpentry tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople on complex projects
- Complete daily progress reports accurately
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
