Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finish work as directed
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Perform quality checks on completed installations and repairs
- Document daily progress and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or related field experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas County
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
