Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and compactors with certification-level precision
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex structural framing and concrete pouring
- Read and interpret advanced blueprints and technical specifications for multi-story developments
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance procedures
- Adapt to dynamic weather conditions and project timeline adjustments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience with night shift documentation
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks continuously
- Expertise in operating CAT 320 excavator and similar heavy machinery
- Pass comprehensive background check and substance screening
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse team communication
