Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal daily
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report hazards
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset essential
