Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks and site preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to Ohio job sites as needed
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
