- Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines efficiently
- Perform basic cleanup and debris removal at job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction/labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
