Responsibilities
- Assist in material handling, loading/unloaing trucks, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform demolition, excavation, and earthmoving tasks as directed
- Support skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Francisco
- Availability to work flexible shifts (mornings/afternoons)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
