Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and residential properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and wiring issues efficiently.
- Install, replace, and upgrade lighting fixtures, outlets, and switchgear in compliance with local codes.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in strict accordance with OSHA and NEC regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, time logs, and material usage.
- Collaborate with the full-time crew to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and voltage testers.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
