- Perform fixture installations, water heater repairs, and pipe replacements
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate clearly with clients
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale renovation projects
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection systems
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
