Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency service calls with 2-hour response time guarantee
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe systems according to CA building codes
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed repair reports to customers
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools/materials
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience with valid California C-12 license
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system issues
- Excellent customer communication and upselling abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Experience with digital service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- CPR certification preferred (training provided)
