Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per code requirements
- Perform emergency service calls within 2-hour response windows
- Complete work orders with digital documentation and photo verification
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles and order replacement parts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local plumbing codes
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair methods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability (nights/weekends)
- Customer service excellence and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
