Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for system modifications
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and company protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for extended night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation preferred
