Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform weekend emergency calls (Saturdays/Sundays) with overtime potential
- Ensure all work complies with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid NYC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and leak repair
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and confined spaces
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts and occasional holidays
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
