Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced tools
- Perform water heater and fixture installations per code requirements
- Conduct pipefitting, drain cleaning, and backflow prevention services
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client communication
- Adhere to EPA safety protocols and local DC plumbing regulations
- Collaborate with project managers on emergency and scheduled assignments
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, fixture repair, and leak detection
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation and basic tool inventory
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability and strong problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
