Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to EPA and local plumbing codes/regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies for job sites
- Provide emergency plumbing services on-call rotation
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid District of Columbia plumbing license (required)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of backflow prevention systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
