Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and drainage
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response times
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and transparent pricing
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance for long-term system reliability
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and service quality
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water heater installation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple weekend assignments
