Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Chicago plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades professionals
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after-hours emergencies
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
