Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Install and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for rapid emergency response
- Adhere to Indiana plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer communication during service calls
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of plumbing tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license required
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays for emergencies
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
