Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage
- Install plumbing components following local codes and safety standards
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response times
- Estimate project costs and provide detailed quotes to clients
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing materials
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
