Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, drains, fixtures)
- Install water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform emergency leak detection and burst pipe repairs
- Comply with MA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain service vehicles and plumbing tools/equipment
- Document work orders and provide clear client recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (mandatory)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- 24/7 emergency availability required
