Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform emergency repairs for leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Train apprentices and mentor junior team members
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project estimates
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends/evenings for emergency calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
