Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Collaborate with team members on complex residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work complies with Virginia plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials and parts
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Virginia plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
