Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Efficiently troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes and safety standards.
- Emergency Response: Provide prompt service for weekend emergencies, including burst pipes and major leaks.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor, communicate clearly with customers, and provide transparent quotes.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory.
- Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Tools: Own a comprehensive set of professional plumbing tools.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
