- Quantum-Ready Systems: Develop system architectures that are resilient against future quantum computing threats and leverage quantum-ready frameworks for optimization.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and engineers in exploring emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) pathways.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensure all deployed models and systems adhere to strict latency and throughput SLAs, scaling seamlessly to meet global demand.
- Future-Proofing Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance frameworks that anticipate future regulatory changes and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR 2.0, AI Act compliance).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role designing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a demonstrated passion for pre-silicon computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
