Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Horizon AI Labs, specifically focusing on technologies and trends expected to mature by 2026.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish and manage a network of industry partners, academic institutions, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee R&D budget allocation to ensure maximum return on innovation investment.
- Communicate complex future concepts to stakeholders and board members with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology or Consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends before they become mainstream.
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
