Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company provides training)
