Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, demolition, and debris removal tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shifts
- Collaborate with skilled tradespersons on complex projects
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and punctuality for weekend shifts
- NYC driver's license required for equipment operation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
