Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Load/unconstruction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on weekend project milestones
- Complete daily cleanup and waste disposal duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (5 AM - 5 PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement
