Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and loading materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Load and unload trucks and materials efficiently to keep the workflow moving.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and potentially holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols (OSHA) is preferred but not required.
