Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Perform site cleanup and debris management daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance checks
- Document daily progress via digital logs
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-4pm)
- Valid US driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Drug-free and able to pass background screening
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
