Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform basic carpentry, demolition, or landscaping tasks as needed
- Support skilled trades with physical labor and logistical support
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Cleveland metro
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
