Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment safely.
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup, debris removal, and grading.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and arrange materials as directed by the project foreman.
- Ensure the work site is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
