Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with certification
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols on active sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site prep
- Maintain clean, organized work zones per project standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Strong communication in English/Spanish
- Reliable transportation to downtown sites
