Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and debris from job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform trenching, excavation, and basic concrete finishing tasks
- Participate in weekend project mobilization and demobilization activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to San Francisco job sites
- Basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-4pm)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
